Sugar-free banana waffles - BLW recipe

Sugar-free banana waffle for BLW babies

The waffles are very easy to make and are perfect for breakfast, on the go or in between.

Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana
100g flour
100ml milk
1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
20ml rapeseed oil
1 egg

Preparation:
Peel 1 banana and mash it with a fork.
2️⃣Place flour, banana, baking powder, oil and egg in a bowl and mix together.
3️⃣Gradually add milk and mix everything well with a whisk.
4️⃣Grease a waffle iron with a little oil and bake small golden brown waffles 🧇
