Sugar-free banana muffins for babies

These delicious banana muffins were really well received by the bees and are great as a snack on the go.

Every time I post a muffin recipe with bananas or fruit, I get a few messages saying that the muffins are not done.

The muffins are juicy/slightly moist on the inside and have a slightly different consistency than conventional muffins.
After 20-25 minutes of baking time they should definitely be ready ☺️

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
100ml milk or plant-based alternative
125g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
20ml rapeseed oil ⠀⠀⠀
Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Peel 1 banana and mash it with a fork.
2️⃣Add egg, oil, vanilla extract and milk and mix everything together well.
3️⃣ Mix baking powder with flour beforehand and gradually add it to the banana-milk mixture and mix well with a whisk.
4️⃣ If necessary, grease the muffin cups a little and fill the dough evenly into the cups.
5️⃣ Preheat the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 190° top/bottom heat.
💡To prevent the muffins from collapsing after baking, turn off the oven and leave them in the oven for another 5 minutes.
6️⃣Afterwards let it cool down and enjoy.
