Vegan waffles - from the start of complementary foods - BLW

These waffles are egg and sugar free and very easy to make. They are ideal for breakfast, on the go or as a snack in between.

Ingredients:
100g apple pulp (without sugar)
100g flour
100ml plant-based milk
1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
20ml rapeseed oil

Preparation:
1️⃣Place flour, apple pulp, baking powder, milk and oil in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
2️⃣Grease a waffle iron with a little oil and bake golden brown waffles 🧇
