I don't have much time to cook at the moment and lunch usually has to be done very quickly, so quick recipes are worth their weight in gold for me at the moment 😊
For this recipe, pre-cooked/day-old pasta is ideal, so preparing lunch takes just 5-10 minutes.
For bees, I often make pasta with just eggs and no vegetables.
The quantity given below is enough for 1 adult + 1 child.
200g pre-cooked pasta (preferably from the day before)
80g of any vegetables e.g. mushrooms (from one year old) and tomatoes
20g feta (from one year old)
Some oregano & sweet paprika
Salt and pepper (for older children or adults)
1️⃣Wash vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
2️⃣Heat some oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it.
3️⃣Add the pre-cooked noodles and fry briefly.
4️⃣Egg, mozzarella, feta and spices
Add to it and mix everything together well.
5️⃣Fry on medium heat until the egg is completely cooked through.
6️⃣For older children or adults, season with salt and pepper. Complete!
