These delicious muffins are sweetened only with bananas and dates and taste so delicious. You definitely have to try them 😋
For 9 pieces of muffins
Ingredients for light dough:
1 ripe banana
150ml milk or milk alternative
1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
30ml rapeseed oil ⠀
Dark dough ingredients:
5 pieces of soft dates
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tbsp sugar-free and deoiled cocoa
4-5 tbsp of the light dough
Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. almond, cashew or peanut)
1️⃣Preheat the oven.
2️⃣Peel the banana and mash it with a fork.
3️⃣Add egg, oil and milk and mix everything together well.
4️⃣Mix baking powder with flour beforehand and gradually add it to the banana-milk mixture and mix well with a whisk.
5️⃣Preparation of dark dough:
Finely puree the dates, banana, cocoa, if necessary nut butter and coconut oil with 5 tablespoons of light dough separately using a hand blender.
6️⃣Grease the muffin cups a little, first fill the light dough halfway up the muffin cup and then spread the dark dough on top and fold it in a spiral with a fork.
7️⃣Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes at 190° top/bottom heat.
