Salmon and spinach lasagna - family meal

Salmon lasagne

The recipe for a salmon and spinach lasagne was requested by you, so I have this super quick recipe, which is very easy to prepare.

Further down in the feed you will also find a lasagna recipe with minced meat and vegetables.

‼️Don’t reheat dishes with spinach, especially for babies.

1 onion
300g salmon fillet
150g frozen spinach
200ml cream or plant-based alternatives
300ml water (or vegetable broth)
1 ½ tbsp flour
Lasagna plates
Grated mozzarella
Any spices

1️⃣Cut the salmon fillet into cubes
2️⃣Peel and cut onions into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with a little oil.
Add 3️⃣2 tablespoons of oil and flour to the onions and sauté over medium heat until it turns light brown.
4️⃣Deglaze with cream and water (vegetable broth) and simmer briefly.
5️⃣Add the salmon cubes and spinach and cook until the fish is well cooked and frozen spinach is thawed. (For me it was about 10 minutes)
6️⃣Then remove from the heat and season with a little salt & pepper for older children or adults.
7️⃣Preheat the oven!
8️⃣Spread some of the salmon spinach sauce into the casserole dish and place lasagne sheets on top.
9️⃣Now layer alternately with lasagna sheets and salmon spinach sauce.
🔟The top layer consists of the salmon spinach sauce and grated mozzarella.
1️⃣1️⃣Bake at 200° top and bottom heat for about 25-30 minutes.
1️⃣2️⃣Take the lasagne out of the oven, let it stand for about 5 minutes and then serve.
