Semolina porridge with banana - from the 6th month

Semolina pudding without sugar for babies

This delicious semolina pudding with banana is a quick and easy breakfast, evening meal or snack. (From the 6th month)

200 ml whole milk 3.5% or plant-based milk alternatives
20g soft wheat or spelled semolina
1 ripe banana
Some ground vanilla or vanilla pulp

Optional topping:
Fruits (it's best to puree the fruits for children under one year old)

1️⃣Boil the milk in a pot with a little vanilla.
2️⃣Mash the banana with a fork.
3️⃣Remove the pot from the heat, add semolina and banana and stir well with a whisk.
4️⃣Put back on the stovetop and stir constantly for 1 minute on medium heat.
5️⃣Turn off the stove, put the pot aside and let it swell for 5 minutes.
6️⃣If you like, you can add some pureed fruit or, for older children, whole fruit as a topping and the delicious semolina pudding is ready 😋🍒🍓🍌
